Chillas, established in 2008 is amongst the top authentic North Indian cuisine in Singapore. Within a few years it captured the hearts of Singaporeans and has been a reputed household name since. This is proven by our long following of regular clients.
We specialize in Tandoori food – which is marinated meats of various kinds cooked vto perfection in the Tandoor – the traditional charcoal prepared natural BBQ. The curries are generally medium on the spice scale, but can be spiced up for the lovers of the chilli. Each curry has its own distinct flavour (each different from the other), depending on the area of India where it comes from. We are a haven for vegetarians offering a large choice of popular vegetarian dishes – a selection one could never tire of. The range of Indian breads cooked in the Tandoor is extensive and each bread is a treat in itself.
